"I am having trouble printing my report/research pedigree/…."

From your browser window that shows the report choose “Save As” from the File menu and save the report as an HTML file to your computer

To print the report on a single page, open MS Excel and then using the File menu, open the file you saved in Step 1.
- Choose the print preview mode / page setup option and set your spreadsheet to print on one page.

To print the report using MS Word, open MS Word and the using the File menu, open the file you saved in Step 1.
- You should be able to print the report using multiple “vertical” pages, but it should not require multiple horizontal pages.
